REA's CEO — Fabian Casarez

Fabian has been involved in the Short Sale & REO arena since the 1990’s and has been directly involved in selling, servicing and managing 100’s of non-performing assets for the past two Short Sale & REO cycles. His past clients range from Great Western, Home Saving, EMC, and American Assets Inc. to the most recent Countrywide, ASC, Washington Mutual, and Wells Fargo, just to name a few.

Fabian, is owner and CEO of Real Estate Auctioneers Inc., Elite Group Realtors, and Secured Capital Lending located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Fabian has been practicing real estate for over 21 years and collectively 14 years in the mortgage industry. He belongs to a variety of associations within the real estate, mortgage and auction industries consisting of the following: CAR, NAR, CSAA, NAA, CAMB, NAMB, REOMAC, Five Star and NAHREP.  He also sits on the Board of Directors for The California State Association of Auctioneers (CSAA).

Fabian was born in Los Angeles, California, where he earned degrees in marketing and financing.  Fabian has been part of Century-21, Prudential California Realtors and Mortgage and other providers during his career in the real estate and mortgage industry. While with Century-21 he had the honor of receiving the prestigious award of Centurion Agent & the Quality Service Award for continually going above and beyond the normal course of service for his clients.  While with Prudential California Realtors he received the National Top Producer Award and received his certification from the state of California as an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE).  As a Realtor, Mortgage Broker, Auctioneer, and Entrepreneur Fabian, has always believed that to become successful you must first believe in yourself, enjoy your work and always be ready for new and bold opportunities, which is the principle reason why he become part of Pacific Auction Exchange in early 2005.

Fabian is a pioneer in implementing the auction method of marketing into the real estate short sale & REO industry with great success.  Fabian states, “As a full service company he is able to represent all facets of the market and present opportunities. For years Fabian has been looking for new and exciting alternative way to sell real estate. He realizes that for the most part real estate has been sold in the same manner since the early 1920s on the west coast.  Now with the auction method of selling real estate which is the fastest growing segment of the real estate market by an average of 10% to 12% annually, he has been able to champion the short sale and REO process and give back to the Real Estate industry.

Have been active in all facets of the auction industry for the last 35yrs. With an extensive back ground in Real Estate Auctions covering commercial, residential and land sales locally and nationally. With values in excess of $100 million dollars. Have done extensive work in Real Estate Auction presale marketing, valuation studies, including feasibility, environmental, and investment returns.  Have conducted and consulted in excess of 10,000 Auctions.

REA's Vice-President — Mike Watts

Mike Watts has over 25 years of business practice including the past 10 years in Real Estate with a primary focus in the secondary market for the purpose of buying and selling Short-Sale and REO Foreclosure properties.

Mr. Watts has successfully started and managed several of his own companies.  As owner/president and or executive management of these companies his duties included marketing and sales efforts for fortune 500 National accounts at an executive level.  Mike’s 4-tiered approach to success is the development of business infrastructure for personnel, systems, policies and procedures. In addition Mr. Watts is a licensed tax planner and fiscal advisor with a strong financial and accounting background. Lastly he is on the Board of Directors for the California State Auctioneers Association and is an active member of the National Association of Auctioneers.

Early on in 2006 Mike realized the same vision that Mr. Casarez saw and decided to close shop and join Fabian’s Real Estate Auction Company called  Pacific Auction Exchange West Coast Properties as the Executive Director of Asset Management. His primary duties consisted of introducing various Banks, REO Companies, Asset Management and Outsource Companies, to PAX and the Auction Method of Marketing.  Mike’s peers tout him as a highly organized self-starter with service oriented transactional management and super marketing skills.
